ANTARIUS IS PTE. LTD. (UEN 200506881D, 1014 Geylang East Avenue 3, #05-218, Geylang East Industrial Estate, Singapore 389729) (“Antarius”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or use the software we run for our clients, in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”).

1 · Personal data we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your enquiry.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and referring URLs, through cookies and similar technologies.

Data we process for our clients. Antarius runs a customer relationship system and an AI WhatsApp assistant for Singapore employment agencies. When you message one of those agencies, we process your name, phone number, the content of your messages, and the answers you give to the agency’s questions. We do this on the agency’s behalf as a data intermediary. The agency decides why and how your data is used; we act on its instructions and keep the data secure.

2 · How we use your personal data

• To respond to your enquiries and schedule consultations.
• To provide, operate, and improve our AI consulting services, including preparing proposals and quotes.
• To communicate with you about ongoing engagements.
• To maintain the security and performance of the site.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, and/or our legitimate business interests as the basis for processing.

3 · Disclosure of your personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate, and only for that purpose. They are bound by confidentiality obligations. The providers we use, and where they process data, are:

• Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform, for sending and receiving WhatsApp messages. Processor: Meta Platforms Ireland, with sub-processors in the United States and the EU.
• OpenRouter, for generating AI replies. Message text is routed through the United States for the reply and is not used to train models.
• Supabase, our database, in the Singapore region (ap-southeast-1).
• Antarius’s own servers and Vercel, for hosting and computing, in Singapore.
• Microsoft 365, for company email, and Cal.com, for booking calls.

We may also disclose personal data to professional advisers or to authorities where the law requires it.

4 · International transfers

Some of the providers above store or process data outside Singapore, in the United States and the European Union. Under section 26 of the PDPA we transfer personal data overseas only where the recipient is bound, by contract or by law, to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. Your database records stay in Singapore; only the message text needed for a WhatsApp delivery or an AI reply leaves the country, for that purpose.

5 · Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to help us understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

6 · Data retention

We keep enquiry and message data for as long as the client agency engagement runs. We delete it at the end of the contract, or earlier on the agency’s or your request. Data about our own website visitors and business contacts is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, accounting or reporting requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

7 · Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8 · Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; we will respond within a reasonable time.

9 · Children

The site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; we will post material changes on this page.
